We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received. All items must be returned in their original packaging.
Return Window (Supplements):
Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and returned with a postmarked shipping label dated within that 7-day window.
Money-Back Guarantee (Coaching Services):
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for coaching services if you have not experienced reasonable progress and have demonstrated active participation.
This includes:
Logging into the app
Completing weekly check-ins
Following your prescribed meal and/or workout plan
Submitting weekly weigh-ins
If these conditions are met and you're still not seeing results, email us to request a refund and subscription cancellation.
Non-Refundable Items:
Opened or used supplement containers
Digital downloads
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items
How to Request a Refund:
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the request. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
We work hard to ensure your order is delivered quickly and reliably.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Shipping Time:
United States & Canada: 3–7 business days
International: We do not currently ship supplements outside the U.S. and Canada.
Shipping Rates:
Calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
Tracking:
A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Delivery Delays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events. However, we will support you in resolving delivery issues.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Opened Supplements:
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used supplement containers for safety and quality assurance.
Before Shipping:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected].
After Shipping:
If your order has already shipped, you may return it in accordance with our return policy above.
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

All Eat Sleep Peak supplements are manufactured in FDA-registered facilities and tested free of banned substances on the WADA list. However, individual results may vary. Please consult your healthcare provider before beginning any supplement regimen, especially if pregnant, nursing, or taking medications.
Eat Sleep Peak is not liable for any adverse effects caused by improper use of supplements or failure to follow usage instructions.
All transactions are in U.S. dollars (USD).
We welcome coaching clients from around the world, but supplements are currently only shipped to the U.S. and Canada.
